All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
CLAS agrees to treat client information as confidential and use information solely for the purpose of delivering services.
Clients agree not to disclose proprietary methods, frameworks, or materials provided by CLAS without consent.
All materials, frameworks, methodologies, and deliverables created by CLAS remain the intellectual property of CLAS unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal business purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
CLAS does not guarantee regulatory approval, audit outcomes, or prevention of security incidents.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted or error-free service.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in a separate agreement, or immediately in the event of a material breach.
Upon termination, outstanding fees remain due and access to services may be revoked.
CLAS may recommend or integrate with third-party tools or providers. We are not responsible for their performance, security, or compliance. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices as described therein.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
